Bringing an otherwise static space to life for BLINK and The Cincinnati Opera...

Working alongside Fine Arts students as they conceptualized and painted the mural, my classmates and I were challenged to design motion graphics that would interact with the composition and enhance the viewers’ experience at BLINK.

My class was also asked to create a series of motion pieces to be projected around a stage during live performances at a Cincinnati Opera event: OperaGanza! The gala was meant to be a celebration of both traditional opera throughout history, and the opportunities coming for modern opera.

Using found footage, I focused on using a glitch effect to put a modern twist on old beauty in two different instances.
